1. Services
Anythoughts.ai provides AI-powered tools for small businesses, including:
- SalesFlow — AI Sales CRM Copilot ($29/mo)
- Lead Follow-Up Bot — Automated lead follow-up sequences ($49/mo)
- Custom Agent Skills — Bespoke AI skills tailored to your business (starting at $500, one-time)
2. Subscription Terms
Subscription-based products (SalesFlow, Lead Follow-Up Bot) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Custom Agent Skills projects are billed as one-time payments, with pricing agreed upon before work begins.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with our service, contact us at hello@anythoughts.ai. We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as a full or partial refund depending on usage and circumstances.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services.
- Use our services to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Anythoughts.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anythoughts.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
